Today was one of those days where the weather was so nice that I couldn't stop hiking. The cool air, warm sunshine, the tiny tiny buds on the trees and the memories of all the times that I hiked this area to catch fish. I took a few pictures so when I got home and after I took care of business, I painted this piece from a photo. I didn't realize that I was still in work frame of mind until I stepped back and looked at the results. Straight lines and rigid forms. oof. Real illustrator-ish.
